You are invited to attend this SMS Communications Workshop with TasNetworks’ Customer Experience Team members – Kelly Greenwood (Customer Experience Specialist) and Adam Hinds (Customer Experience Lead).

Workshop Details

• Date: Wednesday 16 September 2026 
• Time: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm 
• Location: TasNetworks, 1 Maria Street, Lenah Valley 7008
• Online: A Microsoft Teams link is included below for members who are unable to attend in person. 

This workshop has been scheduled separately to allow sufficient time for discussion ahead of the joint CAG and Stakeholder Advisory Group meeting on 17 September.

As outlined previously, participation in this additional workshop will be remunerated at $200, with eligible travel and other expenses reimbursed in accordance with the CAG Terms of Reference.

As outlined in recent updates, this session has been rescheduled (from 27 August) to ensure you have the information needed to provide informed advice and feedback on R29 costings.

We appreciate your flexibility with this change and your ongoing contribution to this process.

We are committed to making participation as accessible as possible and are happy to support travel, accommodation and transport arrangements where needed.

If you’re unable to attend, we’ll also explore opportunities for you to provide input before or after the session.
