Blended Meeting - How Was Your Experience?

At our recent CAG meeting, we trialled a hybrid format, allowing members to participate either in person or online. As this was our first time running a meeting in this way, we'd love to hear about your experience.

Your feedback will help us understand what worked well, what challenges you encountered, and how we can improve future meetings.

The survey contains 16 questions, predominantly multiple choice with a couple of free-format responses, estimating around 5 minutes to complete.
