About our new engagement groups
We have recently redesigned our engagement group model to reflect the diverse experiences of our Tasmanian community and provide regular opportunities for our customers and stakeholders to be involved in our plans and decisions. This redesign has resulted in the creation of two new engagement groups:
Stakeholder Advisory Group (SAG) - The primary purpose of the SAG is to provide the collective perspectives of communities, groups and/or organisations on strategic and operational energy issues that are in the best interests of TasNetworks’ customers. Topics covered by the SAG may include, but not limited to, TasNetworks’ corporate strategy, regulatory proposals, polices, services and service delivery plans, network and asset investments, tariffs and pricing. Read the detailed terms of reference for the SAG here.
Customer Advisory Group (CAG) - The primary purpose of the CAG is to provide the perspectives and lived experiences of TasNetworks’ diverse customer base on strategic and operational TasNetworks issues. Topics may include, but not limited to, the planning and delivery of energy services, tariffs, customer experience issues, processes, and policies. Read the detailed terms of reference for the CAG here.
Inclusive Participation We are committed to giving all stakeholders equal opportunity to participate in our engagement activities, including providing support and resources to remove barriers that may prevent or hinder participation in our advisory groups. If you require any support during the Expressions of Interest process, please email engage@tasnetworks.com.au, or call one of our Engagement Partners on their direct numbers below:
